Randy Fifield

With almost three decades of experience in the real estate industry. Randy Fifield blazed a trail many women chose not to pursue. With a design-forward, yet practical approach for creating spaces that felt and worked better for people, Randy set herself apart from competition in the industry. She partnered with her husband Steve in 1999, and together they completed multiple successful development projects including an $80 million renovation of the Chicago Civic Opera House, and the $800 million K Station development with 2,145 units in five apartment towers in Chicago's up-and-coming West Loop. Randy now oversees the design, marketing, and execution of development projects across key markets. Her apartment brands in Chicago are The Sinclair, Next, Logan, Luxe on Madison. She was also instrumental in the success of 727 West Madison. in addition, Randy runs a work force housing fund that services our North side community.

You probably didn't know -  Randy was raised in Chicago and has 5 children. Randy has been honored as Mother of the Year by Today Chicago Woman. In 2017 Randy was given an award by the LA Lakers and Comerica Bank as business woman of the year. This year Randy was published the Crain's Chicago Business 2020 The Book. Randy has also been featured in Traditional home Magazine for her renovation of her Gold Coast home. She is honored to dance for Dancing with the Brokers and supporting the real estate community while raising awareness for local charities throughout Chicago! Randy is proud to be raising awareness for Northwestern's Prentice Woman's Hospital / Friends of Prentice and is dedicated to providing great care at The Fifield Family Labor and Delivery at Prentice Hospital.
